UV Acrylic on Canvas

150 x 150 cm | 59" x 59"

This uncommon composition was the first of its type made by the artist compiling several small separate canvases. Two four-part squares of independent design, one with the prominence of pink at its upper corner and the other with the dominance of purple at its lower corner, intersect in diagonal with each other, their merge point becoming an entirely new single square covered by a field of muddled forest green and chocolate brown. A statement emerges about the intricacy of connection, the consequence of relations with others, the dynamics of spatial relation, and how one fits in with the overall world.
